Great Service Experience I had an appointment for service work this morning. My service advisor was Michelle Martin. She explained the time frame involved, and because I was waiting for the vehicle, had the service completed timely and efficiently. It was truly a pleasant experience and will book future appointments with her.
Great first experience! I began my first lease for a Jeep Cherokee last week. Rob was very informative and understanding while helping me find the vehicle that best fit my needs and price range. Rob, Andrew, and Golf all made me feel very comfortable during this exciting and important decision making process. I couldn't have asked for more helpful and friendly staff members! 9 Jeeps in as many years. Bought my first Jeep at their Sandwich showroom and have been hooked ever since. I hate to haggle and I need to have a level of trust - I do here and have never been disappointed. I bought my 5th Wrangler today and didn't even test drive it - complete faith that the dealership will make good if there's any issues. I enjoy doing business with Mike DelBuono and I have to be Mike's easiest customer. And, if Golf doesn't make your day, no one will -he's a ray of sunshine, always.

Looking for a good used Jeep I walked into the dealership on a Thursday evening and Friday afternoon I was driving my new "used' Jeep. I was greeted by friendly salespeople who directed me to the person who would be helping me with my purchase. I explained my needs to my salesperson and he brought up a vehicle on his computer screen, within minutes I was test driving this vehicle.
