Last Friday afternoon, my car broke down and needed to be towed. I called Premier and was able to have the car brought there. I had the car back by Monday. All the repairs and a “tuneup” were completed. The staff was on top of it all. I received texts and regular phone calls keeping me up to date. I’m quite pleased with the overall handling of this issue.

Seriously? I am very satisfied with the customer service I received at Premier cape Cod. Kyle was great. He treated me as a person and not just the next sale. He found me the car I wanted and went the extra mile. I hope he will be at Premier when it is time to lease my next car.
Repair done efficiently and at a reasonable price. My hood latch is a bit wonky and the Jeep was returned without the hood latched completely. But the repair department fixed the problem.

Needed a spare key for jeep. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks out. Took 45min to get key programmed. When I had I had ok Ken with parts specialist originally I was quoted $203 for cost of key. When I went to pay, it ended up being $293. Would've been nice to know that quoted price hadn't included service fee etc. I also was not told how long it would take and there were no updates given to me until I initiated it. Not many options for jeep on cape so you just have to deal with it I guess.
Al was great to deal with. He was very helpful, even though we didn't purchase a car. Unfortunately, they didn't have requested stock.
