Needed a spare key for jeep. Had to make an appointment 3 weeks out. Took 45min to get key programmed. When I had I had ok Ken with parts specialist originally I was quoted $203 for cost of key. When I went to pay, it ended up being $293. Would've been nice to know that quoted price hadn't included service fee etc. I also was not told how long it would take and there were no updates given to me until I initiated it. Not many options for jeep on cape so you just have to deal with it I guess.

Al was great to deal with. He was very helpful, even though we didn't purchase a car. Unfortunately, they didn't have requested stock.
