We have owned Jeeps since 1982. After Sears in East Sandwich closed, we were happy to be able to go to Premier in Hyannis. Keep up the good work.

They have been the Jeep dealership to go to and Sears closed. They are dependable and do good work. I purchased the Jeep here and keep it serviced here.

Premier’s Jeep service department is the best around—mostly because of the staff. I’ll begin by saying that the problem was most likely something had kicked up and got stuck on the wheel well. I started having one of those “mystery noises” when I would go over bumps in my 2019 Cherokee, so I emailed Michelle Martin, my go to service advisor, on a Sunday afternoon. OB is the Man! and the GM and Service manager and Financial manager! All were great! We did wait 6 weeks for our car due to supply but Premier took care of us. Even paying our first monthly payment due to not having the car in our possession until a month later!
