OB is the Man! and the GM and Service manager and Financial manager! All were great! We did wait 6 weeks for our car due to supply but Premier took care of us. Even paying our first monthly payment due to not having the car in our possession until a month later!
Michelle M. and the service team are top notch. We showed up without an appointment late on a Friday afternoon with a giant screw in one of our tires and were greeted with a smile and a “yes we can help you” - not an eye roll and a sigh. So refreshing! They were able to repair the tire on the spot and we were on our way a little over an hour later. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. These folks are tremendous!
