Excellent sales experience We leased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Kyle Hein and were very happy with Kyle's helpfulness and his very positive attitude. He walked us through the sales process by asking us questions while getting us to the right vehicle for our needs. Andrew Dent was very informative as we finished our paperwork through him to actually take delivery. Overall, a very positive experience.

Awesome Experience .. What a way to end January 2020. I bought my first Jeep Liberty at Premier in 2009, loved my Liberty, but it was time to think about trading it in. I Looked on Premier Cape Cod, and saw my future Jeep. I spoke to Rob and he stated it was still available and he had it ready for me to test drive. Quick no hassle service for oil change and rotation Upon arrival I was met by a polite service advisor. Dealership service area was neat and clean with many amenities. Comfortable seating area with TV and an area with refreshments.

This is the second time I have purchased from Premier Cape Cod. Both experiences we're pretty much effortless on my part and there was no pushy sales talk or anything of that nature. Everybody was really friendly and wanting to help. I will go back again if I live long enough to ever purchase a new vehicle again LOL !!!! I would highly recommend. Good but needs improvement I love my new car.The only problem I would have liked to had the sticker from the window telling what was included in the car. The manual is generic and not very helpful. O'Brian had explained several of the features but not everything. I am a visual person and need to see it in writing, Andrew talked way to fast (must of had a lot of coffee earlier).
I was greeted promptly when I walked into the building, check in only took a minute. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was on my way in less than an hour . A+
