Outstanding! Obrian was terrific as was everyone else in the dealership. Not being on commission gave us the confidence that he was working in our best interest. I am used to dealing with high volume dealers in the greater Boston area where negotiating is a game albeit one that comes with a degree of anxiety, where one comes away not sure if the best "deal" was struck. Not at Premier where everything is truly transparent. I don't plan to return to the high volume model again and will recommend any/everyone to Premier.

I have bought my last three trucks from Premier and have had no problems with the sales or service department. Would recommend to anyone I know. Quality truck and quality service.
I would say everyone was excellent My rating overall is excellent everyone worked very well to get our car to us. I did have to bring a few small problems with the car to the staffs attention before l drove it off the lot. But they wrote a repair notice to service department to fix the car. Sorry far still waiting for parts to come in. But they assure us it will be taken care of as soon as they come in.
