Excellent Care and Customer Service My experience at Granville Dental (Premier Dental) was excellent from beginning to end. I originally came in for a cleaning, but ended up having a crown. They were able to avoid having to do a painful and costly root canal. The office staff and hygienists were very helpful in telling me my options. And Dr. Mark made me feel at ease with the entire process. He even called to check on me the evening after my temporary crown was put on. They were able pick out what I had left to do and complete items off this list that used the funding I had available this year to get some much needed work done. Very professional and friendly. I have always been nervous and have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. Started going to Dr. Mark since he opened. The staff and Dr Mark have made me feel very comfortable and much less anxious!
the most pain free dental experience by far I am amazed by Dr Mark's talent with every visit. I have had multiple procedures which required numbing. The only dentist I have ever been to that can give a shot without you even realizing he is doing it. The entire staff is friendly and upbeat. A very positive experience for something that can be very unpleasant!
