Spiro, is the best lender in my experience. Best past part of his service is he completes the loan process very quickly which in the sense like 1 week from the date of applying to closing. He acts fast, I am surprised when he initially said about the quick closing time frame, but he proved it. He works late hours and explains everything in detail. We had a pretty difficult scenario happen. We purchased new construction 6 months in advance of moving in. The "in-house" lender with the developer promised us credit and incentives to work with them. So, we did. 9 days before my family and I were to move in, the "in-house" lender called to notify us she couldn't make the deal work. 9 days before we were supposed to move in, and after I had already sold my home!! I suppose it's never a good thing to be in a hurry; but I was. My family and I needed to move out of our apartment because it was converting to condos. We had no choice and timing was critical.
