I worked with Spiro on 2 home purchases and refinances, and he was awesome! My first purchase was a condo and I was nervous as a first time home buyer. Spiro was patient, mapped out different payment scenarios depending on what down payment amount made the process easy, coordinated everything, including having the notary come to me. We worked with different people. They did not answer my questions correctly. The whole process was stressful!! Communication was not good. A new person was introduced and it was like starting the whole process again. I don't recommend them for your loan… Trabajamos con diferentes personas. Proporcionabamos todos los documentos a tiempo pero como varias personas estan involucradas no estaban en la misma pagina todo el proceso fue estresante con ellos. No los recomiendo

When I was told by the buyer's agent that I should stop trying to reach Pedro for updates, because he was too busy, let's just say that left an unpleasant impression on me. Communication throughout was not as robust as it is with other LOs.

As I told, Katy, the underwriters didn’t have a very good understanding of Georgia Real Estate contracts, and asked questions that reflected such. This became very distracting, and quite frankly disturbing that I was explaining contracts to the underwriter.

I didn’t hear from lender after first week. Had no clue. I was listing agent. I also know buyers agent had a hard time. You all made no effort to nurture a relationship with either real estate agent on this transaction. Missed opportunities abound!
