Overall positive, although the city made them come out twice. Billing was difficult, and the whole process took 8 months. Of course most of the metro area had been hit by hail so that's probably not totally their fault. The staff are helpful and polite and helped explain most of the process. At the end our insurance didn't pay for everything and it came back on us to try to figure out why. Still waiting to find out where the discrepancies are. The difference was less than $300 though so not too much of an issue.
Jeff Mornan with Premier Roofing was top notch with everything from start to finish. He worked hand in hand with my insurance company to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed done to my roof. He also helped set us up with a great painter. Our roof looks amazing and really stands out from the rest. I would highly recommend this company to anyone what wants excellent customer service!
The end result was good. However, I can't say the entire job went as smoothly as I would have liked. There were numerous hiccups along the way but none too major. I found the scheduling to be quite cumbersome, the length of time to get the roof completed from start to finish was too long and the time for final billing to insurance seemed excessive. I had a very good experience with Premier. Working with Stephen Farmer made it an enjoyable experience because he kept me informed with each step of the process. The work was done in a timely matter with no problems. I have recommended Stephen Farmer and Premier to several of my neighbors and they too have been very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work.
I had two experiences with Premier, one for a leaking roof they came out to fix, and then they replaced the entire roof a year later due to hail. During the leak fix, their initial attempt to fix it failed, and they had to come out multiple times before it was finally fixed (nearly 10 visits from the first estimate to completion). Due to a large hail and wind storm we had significant property damage. Premier was amazing from the beginning. They were very helpful in understanding the process and how it would proceed. Premier did a wonderful job on my roof in 2012. Right now with all the hail damage, they are very busy and i had to remove a star because they aren't calling anyone back in a decent amount of time, and the staff has totally changed since I used them last. But when I did use them 2 years ago, they were very thorough, safe, comforting, timely, and went above and beyond to protect my property. We were hit by the big hailstorm in June. Premier had someone out that afternoon and we got started with the paperwork. After we got the thumbs up from the insurance company we had product and they started the work soon after. Our new roof looks great!
