A rep came by my house telling me that they were doing work on another house in my neighborhood that had hail damage from a recent storm. Offered to look at my roof and said he could show me pictures if there was any damage or repair needed. He assessed and then proceeded to show me pictures of my roof and other materials that had damage and stated he believed that it was in need of repair. Overall I would refer to their work as average or below since they were back onsite within 6 months to repair buckling shingles and an irregularity in the ridge cap. There corporate accounting department in an entirely different situation, I think it would be better referred to as a "Den of Thieves" than a legitimate accounting department. We signed a contract for *********$ dollars for the roof replacement and made the down payment as required of 12,783.13$ on 10/7/22. Premier Roofing, roofed my house and installed new gutters in 2020 and it cost over $12,000. Well my problem is my gutters are not level on the front of the house. The water collects and then over pours on heavy rainy days. My front lawn floods and Im afraid it will drop my foundation. I have paid for my gutters to be cleaned out and they said the gutters were clear and clean. The company was nice initially until you tell them no. I told them no and they came to my house four more times even after I had the roof replaced. My wife answered the door once and they were asking for "that guy who lives here" instead of asking my wife questions. Once she told them we had the roof installed by someone else, they stormed off rolling their eyes in a ****. Their tactics are predatory and they show up only when disaster hits to make money off of the insurance companies and hard-working people.

As to your last point about only showing up when disaster hits...that is actually not the case. The initial smiles and good salesmanship were nice. The professionalism extended until the roof was on. This was our first roof to be replaced, so we had a lot of questions, and maybe it took too much of our rep's **** to communicate with us. But we had the roof installed in December 2022, and we were still figuring things out with him to get the rest of the materials off our driveway months after. I'm not very happy with Premier Roofing out of *************** ,Co.They came to the door and we talked about the having the roof fixed So they came up with a quote , But didn't give me the paper, then they said that they couldn't fix the roof until Oct.2022. So they came out and did the roof but the people they had could not speak English , Then they they left but no one told me that they haven't to finish the garage , So now.They didn't finish getting ************ gutter until Jan 16th. Had roof installed by this company about 8 years ago. Promised professional installation, with workmanship guarantee, and professional clean up. Will credit if roofing team leaves a mess. Well, right after install which appeared to go well, found around 50 nails laying in my yard. Call ***** who came out and received all the nails I found, and asked what credit I get for such a poor job cleaning up, 50 nails is a lot of nails to miss. Went with Premier last August to replace our roof. Massive downpour and because they had half my roof stripped the inside of my house became a waterfall, down all the walls and through all the light fixtures from top to bottom of the house. Come to find out their labor contractor only had $50K of coverage and Premier's insurance washed their hands of the situation and told me I needed to work with my personal insurance for coverage.
