This is still an ongoing issue. Premier came to me June of last year and insisted on doing ******* because of storms that had come through. While they were inspecting the roof they also said they could fix some vinyl siding damage that had happened in the same storm as well as replace some screens that had been damaged. All of this was written up in the agreement and priced out to my insurance. That was in June of 2023. Premier did our roof in 2022. Later, we discovered that they did not reconnect our ***********, and in fact, parts of the sun tunnels had been broken. I called four times over the course of two months to get them to fix this. ***** took the messages and said someone would call us back--no one ever called back. Very frustrating. Do not use these people if you have sky lights or ***********. We now have to hire some one else to fix this problem at added expense.

I was lied by them the Representative ****** Hongsemeir-****** took advantage of the fact that my English is not good enough and took all the money that the Insurance company paid for ******* replacement, Gutters and Fascia and they did a low quality roof replacement and took all the money.

This company has no accountability. There were several glitches in communication during the process of installing the roof. 1. They blocked my sidewalk to get into the house the night prior to roof installation even though they had stated that only the driveway would be blocked in the morning.2. They messed the siding on my chimney and took several weeks to come back.3. They left shingles on my newly installed paver patio that baked in with the sun. 4. Premier Roofing replaced our roof approximately ******************************************************************************* the original installation by Premier Roofing. Premier left gaps in the top layer, exposing the structure. Premier has been non responsive to multiple requests for resolution. I'd highly recommend against using Premier Roofing for any roofing needs unless you personally inspect the final installation. Do not rely on them to stand behind their workmanship.

Overall I would refer to their work as average or below since they were back onsite within 6 months to repair buckling shingles and an irregularity in the ridge cap. There corporate accounting department in an entirely different situation, I think it would be better referred to as a "Den of Thieves" than a legitimate accounting department. We signed a contract for *********$ dollars for the roof replacement and made the down payment as required of 12,783.13$ on 10/7/22. A rep came by my house telling me that they were doing work on another house in my neighborhood that had hail damage from a recent storm. Offered to look at my roof and said he could show me pictures if there was any damage or repair needed. He assessed and then proceeded to show me pictures of my roof and other materials that had damage and stated he believed that it was in need of repair. Premier Roofing, roofed my house and installed new gutters in 2020 and it cost over $12,000. Well my problem is my gutters are not level on the front of the house. The water collects and then over pours on heavy rainy days. My front lawn floods and Im afraid it will drop my foundation. I have paid for my gutters to be cleaned out and they said the gutters were clear and clean. The company was nice initially until you tell them no. I told them no and they came to my house four more times even after I had the roof replaced. My wife answered the door once and they were asking for "that guy who lives here" instead of asking my wife questions. Once she told them we had the roof installed by someone else, they stormed off rolling their eyes in a ****. Their tactics are predatory and they show up only when disaster hits to make money off of the insurance companies and hard-working people.
