My lips look horrible. They never even asked me what I wanted, or how I wanted them. They have a huge dip down on my top lip. So upset and disappointed. I also think the girl was new, because someone was standing there telling her every move to make. I definitely do not recommend going here. Very, very upset.

I was told that they could inject filler in the glabella area when I called to book. They do not. I would have scheduled with a plastic surgeon’s office if I had known the truth. Next, the person that talks to you about what you want is not is the person doing the injection. The dermatologist barely even said hello before injection. The areas were not where I wanted. Extremely dissatisfied!! Buyer beware.

Waited over an hour Dr was obviously stressed and very brief Rest of the Staff was nice so gave 2 stars instead of 1

I was disappointed. I made the appointment 2-3 weeks earlier. When I made the appointment, I provided the voucher #. When I checked in at my appointment time, I was told I couldn’t use my voucher because I had used one several months ago. I am afraid I have wasted a good bit of money. The voucher will expire before I can use it. I should have learned this when I scheduled the appointment.

The doctor came in and didn’t not speak. Injected me, and walked out. Zero bedside manner at all. Also, was told Botox is 3:1 to Dysport. I was charged for 75 units of Dysport and per their conversion only used 72. I was told I would need 90 units… I have never used anywhere near that much (I have been getting Botox/Dysport 17 years). Don’t trust how much they even used. Buyer beware.

Love the ambiance upon entering the building and everyone I encountered was sweet. Now to the rest…I’d never had B12 shots EVER and disclosed that to the person at front desk. It was explained to me that I should just take them home and self administer instead of having to come into the office weekly. Then after completing paperwork I was handed a bag full of syringes and a vial of liquid and just simply told to take 1cc. Wow! Guess I’ll be up googling how to correctly give myself shots.
