I called to make sure they were running on time because I had to be out by 5:30. They were not and were very late.
Service is quick and staff very pleasant
I was not able to use my Groupons because the owner said since I bought one last yr n did not use until January. Now this was due to covid n I could not use. So she’s saying it begins from the time n date I used it not when u purchased it. She’s not a nice person n I will never buy anything from them again. If I could I would like a credit from Groupons to purchase something else at a different Sp
Took 2 hours for me to be seen. When they came in no one introduced themselves or really talked to me, just began injecting.
Bruising and swelling was excessive and waited over an hour from appointment time until treatment.
I decided to try this spa for Dysport . As a new patient, I was not told what to do or not do following my injections. I bruised like I had been beaten. When calling the spa to share this information, they VP that returned my call really didn't seem to offer anything other than she's been in business 19 years and this sometimes happens and what I should not hav e done. Although, there was nothing said to me on what to do after leaving the appointment. I will not return.
People very very nice but I got 85 units in my forehead and saw not one bit of difference like not one line improvement so almost 300$ i didn't have just say i threw that money out the window id suggest not wasting your money on dysport very upsetting
Laser hair treatments (6) did not work. Feel like i wasted time and money. I requested to talk to the owner but didn’t hear back. :(
You can’t take them with you, you have to got to the office for each shot. Which was a big inconvenience for me
