The staff was not very friendly and made a few rude comments in an attempt to sell more of their products. Have had much better service and results elsewhere.
Great customer service. However after the 6 treatments the laser treatment did not take.
It took me over a month to get the first appointment. I was 10 minutes late so they rescheduled me for three weeks later. My second appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and it was 4:00 before I was called back. No one even apologized.

I waited over 30 minutes for the appointment and left. They have a zero tolerance policy for anybody canceling but are not respectful of their customers time
I purchased the groupon thinking the bikini line laser hair removal was for a larger area than was advertised.
The lady who is doing my laser hair removal is so nice and relateable. She did a great just of explaining and making sure I was comfortable. I hope I get the results I'm looking for. One treatment down, 5 more to go.
