I just finished my first tattoo removal. The staff made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Glazner was so friendly and easy to talk to. The facility is beautiful and has a very relaxing, spa-like environment. I’m looking forward to future visits!

Experienced Cryotherapy for the first time. Enjoyed it enough that I already scheduled my second session.
You won’t find better customer service ANYWHERE. They treat you like royalty even if you are using a Groupon :) The facility is beautiful and all the staff are extremely welcoming. I have been to other “spas” in Birmingham and no other business comes close!
