I have been living at this community for 2 years now and I'm about to sign my renewal for another 15 months! I've seen quite a few managers but I'm soo happy to have Amber in office! She will literally bend over backwards to ensure this place feels like home for me! I have never seen Amber without a smile on her face. Thank you Amber!!

This property is unique from the others I have seen in the Sandy Springs area. It has amazing amenity spaces like the Clubhouse and the Lake Overlook. I see myself curling up in these spaces as it grows cooler outside and reading a good book. The lovely ladies in the office have elevated any other experience I have had at surrounding locations. RENTER BEWARE!! I wish I could go into detail explaining every single detail that went wrong in the 1 year I lived here, but it would be too long. DO NOT RENT HERE. When I moved in, they were not ready for me, so there was a huge fiasco with the flooring guys moving all my stuff outside to then get rained on. This is an unsafe neighborhood! They sell you on a gated community, but my car was stolen and the gates were wide open. I asked the office if they had camera footage and they said I needed a police report. A police officer arrived on seen and was told that there is no video surveillance! Don't move to this property the staff here does not care about the community or the residents!

There is a reason this outfit has, an F with the Better Business Bureau. They earn it. Local management is very unprofessional They will add on additional charges, and if you don't pay them, they will evict you. I've been moving into a new place & I went back to my apartment on 12/17 to get the rest of my stuff since my lease ends on 12/21. When I got there all my lights were on and I didn't leave them on, but the front door was locked. I went up to the office and she said nobody had been in my apartment because I had no open work orders. Summary: DO NOT MOVE HERE Explanation : I've lived here for over a year and I've really tried to not leave a bad review and give them a shot at changing but it doesn't look like it's happening. Pilot Light on the Water heater went on Wednesday July 6 sometime in the early hours of the morning. Woke up, no hot water for showers, or dishes, etc.. Put in a maintenance request to fix the hot water heater. Followed this up with a telephone call and message on the maintenance line. Tried to reignite the pilot light myself, but there was no "spark" happening. This will require having to pull panels off the lower part of the Heater and manually relight it. So I did that. I couldn't leave faster. It's honestly not fair to me that I am forced to give them a star. Rooming with roaches was one thing, but living in fear, paying for the imagination services department & hearing constant loud noises from construction to fireworks, wish I would've sat outside the leasing office and protested against people being scammed how I did.
