DO NOT MOVE HERE! We couldn't do an inspection of the apartment we were getting due to it being early in the pandemic, and were never made aware of the fact that the previous tenants had been chainsmokers. The place STUNK and had cigarette burns everywhere. The first night after moving in, I went to take a shower and the shower head literally exploded off the wall and nearly flooded the place, took hours in the middle of the night to get it fixed. Run the other direction. The apartments are over priced and the service from the office and maintenance is just getting worse. The grounds are littered with trash. The walks are thin and the neighbors are just getting louder and louder.
I have run out of characters. Make sure to read the hidden reviews. Another potential positive for this community. It's fireworks friendly. Preserve at Dunwoody is one of the worst apartment complexes I've lived in. I could write pages about the poor management's attempts to scam residents, their repeated lack of communication, their lies and the dangers they've put their residents through - but I'll focus on just a few major items: 1) Balconies closed for summer (April to September) One of the reasons we moved to this complex was the nice balcony space that was provided with each apartment.
