great people!! These folks were amazing. I went for an oil change and got a complete health report for my F-250 at no extra charge! I will definitely be back to have my work done here. No pressure or hassle.

Med Tech I went there to get a oil change,because I was on that side of town. The staff there was very nice from the receptionist, cashier, and to the actually people working on my car. They also had a nice, clean, and quiet waiting area. They had several other people in there getting their cars service too they had hot coffee to drink, and etc. I was also there with my infant and toddler and it was so quiet in there waiting area that my baby slept almost the whole time. 2016 Ford Explorer I was treated very fairly by Preston Ford, especially by sales person Neil Murray Sr. I'm a returning customer after having previously purchased a 2013 Explorer fromPreston through Neil and was sufficiently satisfied from my last experience to return to Preston when I was in the market for another new vehicle. I was very impressed with my 2013 Explorer and my 2016 drives like a dream. I'm very happy being a Ford owner, a Preston customer and to have a sales person like Neil who I trust to treat me right.
