Refreshing Relief for a Weary used car buyer The end of Sept. 2015 my old car quit running. Just died. After determining it would be wiser to buy a newer car than get it back on the road I started finding and negotiating with dealers in the area for 2013 kia souls the last two weeks of Nov.
