Service on 2005 Lincoln Towncar As always I had premiere service at Preston Ford. On my last visit for my Lincoln 2005 towncar I had basic oil change as well as new tires on my Tires for Life program. Everything was done by high standards and new tires installed as stated in program. I particularly want to give kudos to Danny for his explanation of program since it was given out in 2005 and for info on the Michelin tires. Again great job!

Great Purchasing Experience with Denton Ford The staff at Denton Ford could not have been better to work with. The whole staff was very upbeat and professional. My wife and myself walked in just look at an F150 and they made me a deal I could not turn down. A big thank you goes out to James, John and Mike for their excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend Denton Ford to anyone thinking about purchasing a new vehicle.

Great service, love my car! I went in on a Saturday to test drive a car I saw online. I took home the car to test drive and ended up hating it. I returned Monday and explained I needed a car MUCH better than the one I test drove. Neil was amazing and worked very hard to get me a monthly payment that I could afford (I was very adamant on what I wanted to pay). Nice facility We arrived at the Preston complex around 5pm, our salesman told us to walk around the lot and see what we like. They came and found us maybe an hour later, we didn't have any help looking around. One salesman approached us and was very helpful but thats when our initial salesman had arrived so they sent the other person away. We liked the other guy better to be honest. Clean facilities and awesome friendly staff!! I purchased a used explorer that I absolutely love! Rob H. did everything he could to get me the car I wanted. Everything was perfect except the finance part took forever. Will definitely be back in the future for another vehicle?
2014 Lincoln MKZ-Hybrid, routine service & recalls Very efficient service process, in and out very quickly, It took 15 minutes less time to accomplish than the service adviser stated it could take.
