Customer Service was phenomenal with both employees I worked with I have had belongings in storage facilities in the past, but both of these ladies were memorable in their service, Yamie and Tracy. They represent what I would want my employees to be like. The facility is also clean and the best part is that you can drive into the facility, making it easier for moving trucks for and myself to get as close as possible to my unit.
Customer service is as great! Liz was the front desk customer service rep. She was awesome! Very helpful, kind and accommodating. Thank you Liz!
clean, friendly, convenient facility is drive in which is convenient, very clean and friendly. only downside carts are all the way at the entry of facility, which is a big of a walk depending where your storage is.
1st MONTH IS FREE!! SAVED $178!! Very clean!! The only bathrooms for us, storage renters, is next to the Office on the 1st floor!! Need 4-digit access code to enter. Staff is pretty cool. I chose this storage facility b/c of the 1st Month Free Rent!! I thought Extra Space Storage was the only storage that offered this deal!! Location is prime, too!! Right next to La Brea & Expo Metro train station.
