Kitchen faucet install Needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Plumber arrived within the time frame they promised. He (Sam) was really experienced with Moen faucets and it took him less than an hour to do the replacement. Very happy with his work. Had they not had to reschedule my appointment, I would give them 5-stars across the board. The office is good about keeping you updated on when they will arrive.

Professional, Honest, Kind. We are Lifetime Customers! I am so thankful to Pride Plumbing of Rochester. We've called them twice already since moving into our new home, and Eddie came out to help us both times. The first time, Eddie gave us expert and honest advice about our issue of water leaking into the basement. Exceptional David Valle was the plumber that came to the house on Wednesday 6/10. He was very friendly and professional. He gave us an estimate the same day. He gave us a date of 6/12. He called a half hour before he came and was punctual. The job that needed to be done was a clogged sink and reconfiguration of the pipes below the sink. He suggested we go with metal vs plastic. We agreed. We are very pleased with the work he did and would call him again to do other jobs for us.

Great Job today I called for an appointment and got a quick response. Nick A. arrived promptly, used Co-Vid 19 precautions, and was professional throughout the visit. He analyzed the problem, explained the procedures and costs, and completed the repairs in record time.

Water Heater replacement Keith came out very quickly to discuss our options. We decided on tankless, and already agree with the decision was the right one. We will save on energy, money and time now and in the future . They came when they said, done a great job, left with no clean up for us. I would recommend Keith and Josh for anyone. I’m still going to use them again on a future project.

Very Happy With Service By Pride Plumbing Technician Steve C came today to repair a leak that I thought I had in my basement ceiling, coming from a 1st floor bathroom. He thoroughly investigated the piping in the basement ceiling, and the facilities in that bathroom. He honestly admitted that even though physical signs suggested a leak problem, there was no leak. And I very, very much appreciated that he did not fabricate something to fix when nothing was needed.

Wonderful first time experience My experience with Eddie exceeded my expectations. He was informative - explained in understandable terms what was going to be done and why. He was considerate - wore Covid mask and shoe coverings. He was helpful - did more than just what was necessary. He was professional - had the right tools and knew how to use them. And to top it all off, Eddie was personable and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.
