Exceptional Excellent Service! Once again Pride Plumbing to the rescue. My hot water heater blew Sunday afternoon. I called and Ross answered the phone! No voice mail or answering machine WOW! HE IMMEDIATELY instructed me on how to turn off the gas supply and the water supply to stop the tank from flooding. Mr. Keith S. Was here the next morning. Great customer service, business procedure ... ehh Noticed wet spot on kitchen ceiling. Panicked and called for plumbing. After technician cut a hole in my ceiling, being helpful I went to turn my shower on... noticing the nozzle was lose from the hose and drip was running the down the hose... hitting the wall and running down toward the wall plate. Toilets and a sink Nick spent an entire afternoon working on 3 plumbing items for me. He was very professional and courteous and I have total confidence in his work. Everything was explained as we went through each job. I am very pleased and will use him again for sure.

Replaced toilet quickly & cleanly. No muss, no fuss. Came out the day after we called. All was cleaned up perfectly - old toilet disposed of. Sam V. helped us go thru our choices. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Have used Pride before and will use them again.
