Excellent!! Second to none!! Last Thursday night, the water heater died. Called the plumbing company who'd installed it & were told to call another plumber!! We called Pride - they'd done a spectacular job installing a sewer discharge pipe for us 2-3 summers ago (yay Sam!!). Eddie S. arrived Friday afternoon and what a professional! Clean, tidy, knowledgeable, personable, asked how our pet might be impacted, explained all involved and our options while looking at me in the eye. And he had a water heater in the truck!
