Fast, friendly, informed service I called Pride Plumbing for a leaky kitchen sink, thinking I would have to wait at least another day for service. But I was told there was a technician in the area who could be at my house within 15 minutes. Just a few minutes later David V showed up, assessed the problem, gave me a quote and began the work to install a new faucet. excellent service I had used Pride recently for another issue and was impressed, so when I decided to get a new sink/faucet installed, I knew who to call. David came out and looked at what I had and was up front with me that what I wanted could be done, but that the job would be difficult. Not only was I needing a complete reconfiguration, the existing garbage disposal wouldnt fit with the new sink, and the old sink was improperly adhered to my counter in a way that it might damage the counter to remove it. Installation of a vent David and Scott, they are the best! They not only work well individually but great as a team. They were recently out to my home originally to unblock and issue from my house to the street that effected both my toilets on the main floor. The next visit they corrected an issue that would have become a bigger issue if they had not put in a new vent. Issue with 2 toilets leaking to the basement I was very impressed with my technician David. He came out to assess the situation originally. He explained exactly what he was going to do. David has a wealth of knowledge. His pride in his work was evident. The following day David and his associate Scott returned to my home and worked on the plumbing problem until it was resolved. Fixed plumbing issues. My daughter-in-late recently purchased a house with a few plumbing issues. She contacted Pride Plumbing and they responded promptly and scheduled a date. David was very thorough and explained everything completely, including financing options.
