leaking toilet Had Keith and Scott at my house yesterday to repair a leaking toilet,they were both very professional,Keith broke down the job cost to put in new flow valve which they had on truck,job was done by Scott who was training and Keith made sure all was ok. They cleaned up and left no mess at all.Your service is great,your who I always call and Keith and Scott are always welcomed at our house!!!!!! 10 stars for both.

Ken did a great job. He told me the options of fixing or replacing. He explained the service agreement. He left everything very neat and clean.

Somewhat disappointed We replaced our washer and the two shutoff valves developed leaks at the stems. We had used Pride before a few times and have even recommended them to others. They are not the cheapest but they had always done good work. Logistically things went smooth. I was hoping to get the valves rebuilt rather than replaced but that didn't happen and the repair was pricey. But the disappointing thing is that the set of coupling used were different for hot and cold. One looks like what you would expect, the other is... read more

David V. & Manny & the team at Pride Plumbing David V. was so experienced & knowledgeable and patient and had such a calming effect when telling us the seriousness of the leak in the shower on the Second floor and It would be difficult to get up in the sub-ceiling to tear out the original ceiling to get at the old galvanized leaking trap and pipes without damaging furnishings in the first floor living room.
