Ken came to fix my kitchen sink Ken called ahead of his arrival, he looked over my sink and thoroughly assessed what needed to be done. He spent time explaining what was needed to fix the problem and gave me the price. He was very cordial and professional. The work was completed and he showed me exactly what he had done. Ken also gave me some suggestions as to avoid any further clogs. I was very satisfied with his work as well as the price. I will certainly refer him to anyone with plumbing needs.

Spectacular company and employees Had a significant problem at my home this morning. Being a Sunday, I was not hopeful that I could get someone out to repair. Called Pride, a service I had happily used a few years back. The owner (Ross) answered the phone and promptly sent two technicians, Sam and Josh, to my house. Another great job from Pride Plumbing. I had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Sam Valle took care of them all. It is so nice to know whenever I have plumbing problem all I have to do is call Pride Plumbing.
Highly recommend We woke up to a busted Water heater in a Saturday. Pride was here within an hour. Ken was very nice, professional and efficient. We were very happy with the whole experience. Excellent company.
Excellent workmanship I always contact Pride for plumbing problems. They are consistently honest, quick to respond, and their work is impeccable. Sam was the plumber who responded on this visit, and he was the type of person I expect from this company.... he quietly went about his work, efficiently, neatly, and completed it on the same day. I have recommended this company to friends, and will continue to do so.
Same day service for clogged drains requiring snake cleanout. Steve Clark was efficient, courteous, skilled. He was above 90 degrees, and to get his equipment in he had to fight through a jungle at the back of the house and lug the equipment down a steep hill. We will ask for him again when we use Pride. See above.
