great service We had a basement back up issue Friday night, my husband called and Saturday morning at 8:30, Steve came out & cleared the blockage issue, cleaned the basement and did some testing before leaving.

Totall professional company This is our second time using Pride and Sam was great. He located the problem, applied a temporary fix since the problem dealt with replacing the refrigerator which caused the severe leak. He gave us suggestions as to our next steps. Pride workers are totally professional and Sam was down about 1 hour after I called and this was on a Saturday. Fair prices and totally excellent work.
