Excellent work by Ken Yonda This is the second major project Ken has done for us. The first was moving an exterior door, this was replacing a bathroom vanity. He is a meticulous craftsman, neat and courteous.

Quick assessment of garbage disposal issue Our garbage disposal seemed to be broken. We called Pride Plumbing in the morning and by 3:00 the same afternoon a technician called and said he was on his way. He assessed our problem, a quick fix, a simple jam. In the event that we may someday need a new garbage disposal, Steve Clark took the time to tell us about the models that Pride carries. Competent BUT very expensive Rep. was doing other work and I asked as a courtesy that he place a bead of calking around my bathroom sink. Pride required that he charge $ 140 as a separate item. I paid the bill but when I called management did not respond to my verbal complaint over the phone about this.
Excellent plumbing service I had a clogged drain that the Plumber David V. Was able to quickly and efficiently unclog the drain. He did a great job keeping the work area clean and tidying up when he was done. If I have any further plumbing needs I will definitely call Pride Plumbing first.

Perfect Customer Service Experience David & Sam Valle could not represent Pride Plumbing any better. Each time they have been out to the house to work on our new home's plumbing issues, they alerted us prior to arrival, arrived promptly, were kind, polite, and very respectful. They always had and wore the in-home shoe covers to ensure they did not track debris in the home. They truly do take pride in their work & the company they represent.

Thank You!!! We woke up this morning to water all over our basement floor. Water heater kaput along with a dead sump pump. I ran to Lowe’s for a new sump pump while my husband called Pride Plumbing! They were able to get us in within a few hours. Keith got us up and running with a new hot water heater and even helped me figure out the pipe on the sump pump. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely trust Pride for all of our future plumbing issues!
