We had some issues with our first choice in lenders. It threatened the entire purchase even though we had a pre-approval. Shortly before we were set to close on our home, we switch to Dave and his team. His associate Virginia was an awesome help and both were great to deal with. They were able to pull a rabbit out of a hat and got us to close on time with an even better rate than we were initially given. I would recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home. It was a great experience.
