Dave was great to work with. He gave me more options than other loan companies. Kept us informed through the whole process. Was avaliable after 5p.m. and on weekends.
When we had heard about Dave Kosmecki we already had another mortgage broker but she only qualified us for one house so we would have had to sell first in order to close on a new house. When we contacted Dave He was able to approve us for both houses! The process went fairly smooth and if we ever buy a house again we would definitely go through him! Just be prepared for the massive amount of documents that are needed when buying a second home!

David worked very hard to help use through out the entire loan process. He was response and meet with me as needed to discuss paperwork. He worked to get the loan done quickly and efficiently. The entire process was very good, easy and through. The process could not have gone better. David was upfront about pre underwriting criteria and was he was given everything he requested he made sure the loan was approved. Once the purchase agreement was accepted, he complete the appraisal and everything moved forward on the time line he promised. The title company said they were not used to getting documents and funds so far in advance of closing. So to say the least, the experience for all parties involved was positive.

I just closed on a home purchase with Dave as my mortgage broker. I cannot say enough great things about Dave! I think the most important to me was the ease in getting a hold of him, and his fast response time! In this day and age, no one answers their phone, although EVERY time I called Dave either he or his associate Scott answered and gave me the most current info and/or answered any questions I had immediately. Dave was very helpful in securing a pre-approval in time to make a bid on a property with a very short fuse. Unfortunately, there were multiple other bidders; we did not get that property. However, we stuck with Mr. Kosmecki when we found another property that we did win. Navigating the loan landscape has become much more complex in the post-great recession world. Dave and his organization know the ropes.
