Austin was very helpful in explaining the OTC program, due to them not having the VA OTC first off we had to wait a few months which was the reason it took longer than expected, but no fault of his own I wanted to wait to get the better deal, once we had the green light it was a pretty smooth ride from there. I would definitely recommend anyone to Austin at PRMI if looking for a house/home loan.
