The whole experience felt very disorganized. I was resubmitting paperwork and submitting paperwork that I felt should have been requested in the beginning. Somehow the wrong phone number for my husband and I was provided although we had spoken on the phone before. The Pandemic caused a delay but I felt like during this time paperwork could have been requested. We even got a last minute phone call requesting something already submitted.

We had worked with PRMI previously in another state and had a great experience, but the personnel in this office were very difficult to work with. Communication was poor, extremely delayed at crucial times and when we called they were frequently unavailable. There were incredibly long email threads between concerned parties with embarrassing ìblame gameî situations played out. We ended the real estate deal successfully in the end but this partnership was very stressful.
