Attention to detail with outlining requirements and costs. Also aid in the processes for the loan. I ended up having to apply for the loan twice because things took so long.

Seemed like a lot of things were asked of us for documentation. Even after we provided documentation, on several occasions another person asked us for the same things we provided. It was like person one didn't put those documents into our file for persons 2, 3 & 4 to see. Or persons 2, 3, & 4 didn't look in the file before asking us to repeat the process of providing certain documentation. In the long run it didn't seem to matter, but there were delays in the process because of theses things.

Kristy and I both felt the lines of communication were not good. Kevin Sharp was amazing and we appreciate all he did but there was a lot that was never explained to us. This was our first home loan and we were not very familiar with the process. The communication with prmi and vantage point was very confusing at times. We are very happy this was closed and we are thankful for all that Kevin did for us.

This was the first time dealing with a one time close construction loan and it is more than likely the last. I'm not sure if it is due to the nature of the loan or what caused it, but this was a long and drawn out process.

The process was way over the timeframe that was given. It would be weeks/days before I would get an update most times. I would have to reach out to get updates on where we stood and what process was next or what were are waiting on. We started this journey in January and we will closing August. Not using a title company in the Houston where you are located and putting the customer to pay fees of a traveling notary for closing paperwork because they canít drive 2 hrs due to work. Not good!

In the very beginning, we felt that no matter whom communicated with us, everyone was all on the same page. However, as time went on, there started to be a lot of miscommunication and missteps. While we understand that life happens to all of us, it's important to have a team that won't drop the ball when the primary person isn't available. The last week of our process was near catastrophic. We would not recommend your services nor use them again.
