You expect submitted documents to be reviewed. After a few weeks got informed they would not accept some of them. Was able to explain and it was accepted. A couple of weeks later, issues again. Send a list of all required documents at once. Waiting until the last few days to request complete sets of new docs should not be done. And if there are conditions, list them. Keep saying everything is fine to suddenly say the documents submitted weeks earlier are not too be accepted.

As I mentioned to Brent, the process took several weeks longer than originally promised. Also at closing the lender provided instructions to the escrow for us to sign every page of our last two years tax returns (over 100 pages.). Neither we nor our escrow agent had ever run across such instructions.
