Very responsive to questions. I originally reached out to multiple lenders on a Friday evening and Brent emailed me back setting up a call first thing Saturday morning. He was the first to get on the phone with me and build that relationship. While working with Brent, he patiently answered all my rookie questions as this was my first home purchase.
