This was a very good experience I was explained everything and that explanation was exactly how things took place whether it was David or Cheryl I had all of my questions answered I had all the help I needed and everything went smoothly painlessly and it was quick. This is the second time using David Wyder and his team. Both times they stayed on top of the loan process, helped gather information needed and kept me up to date on the status and new information they needed me to get. In a stressful process, it is so helpful having a team who pushes and is proactive to get your loan done and get you to closing. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to buy a home.

I wish I could write everything that I loved about Dave and his team, but unfortunately there's not enough room. We had a difficult sale before we could purchase our dream home, but Dave and his team made the purchase as painless as possible. Dave is the utmost professional and takes the time to educate you every step of the way on your purchase. We have worked with him 3 times and all 3 have been fantastic!!!!
