David was super responsive throughout the process and had quick answers for all our questions. My only complaint with PRMI (not David) is that there have been multiple issues with our escrow not being paid (both home insurance and city taxes) causing us to have to track down issues. We also had our old mortgage (this was a refi) charged through auto-bill even though it had already been paid off that we had to cancel that with our bank. The experience applying and closing was great otherwise.
