From the first contact, David was very informative about the loan process and what to expect through the process. I received weekly updates that summarized the work that was done on the loan and what was next. If there were items I needed to complete quickly, I would get a text to let me know I had an email with a request for more information. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and closed in 18 business days.
