Jeff and his team at PMRI were great! From our very first conversation Jeff put me at ease about buying my first home. He gave me the facts and used language I could understand. I was so impressed that he really was only a phone call away. Anytime I had a question he answered within a few hours at the latest. When I went to close, the only thing I had to do was sign paperwork. The whole closing process took about 30 minutes and I think it was due to the diligence of Jeff and his team.

Loved working with your group previously. Everyone again was super pleasant to work with. The thing we were most frustrated about is how long it took to get the refinance processed and the fact we had to keep pulling bank and paystub info multiple times. It was unclear to us why this had to keep happening. We both work full time (currently from home with 3 kids) and it often took up to an hour every time we had to provide new documents. Still like you, but if there's any way to streamline.
