As for a first time home buyer it was very important to understand every step and detail and the right sequence of events. Jeff did an excellent job with explaining things from the very beginning. Even beyond that, he was ALWAYS available and ALWAYS very kind, patient and highly professional throughout the whole process. Iíd trust him and his team in a heartbeat to buy another property! Jeff explained everything to me from the start. He offered some creative ideas directly related to our situation, and his estimate of costs and expectations were spot on. His team supported us every step of the way and - again - he hit every single target promised, even the time it would take to close. Jeff is very personable and responsive and, in this time of COVID when we don't see people in person, he let some of his personality through by phone. Very smart man and really excellent service.
