TJ stayed in communication with us from the start of this process to the end. There was also clerical errors (on the builder's side) that would have pushed our close date out at least another 2 or 3 days if I had used any other lender. TJ made sure once the documents were in hand, that my closing date remained the same. If and when I move again, I will definitely be using TJ and his company. I can not say enough about how well he has taken care of us.
