While I did find some really great deals I did not appreciate being followed as if I was a common criminal. now am I still going to buy a couch from them yes because I loved the furniture

We purchased a section with 3 recliners and 2 swivel bucket style chairs....sadly 3.5 yrs after purchase the material on recliners has worn off. The material on the bucket chairs has holes in it. We also had to have many repairs done on he bucket chairs. I am very disappointed. We had to wait for our furniture longer then expected. But that was fine because we thought we were getting quality. I am not a fan of Art van but our set from them is 12 plus years old and still looks new. For the amount of money we paid I fee... read more
My mom purchased a sofa and love seat from Prime Brothers a few weeks ago. She got the call today that it was ready and when she asked the delivery schedule she was told it would be a fee of $80 each piece to deliver less than 2 miles away. I was with her when she purchased the items and the salesman nor the lady entering her order told her of this fee. I have purchased furniture in the past from here and never paid for delivery within Bay City. We had to find someone to haul it then try and set it all up ourselves. The amo... read more

Hi Kelly, We apologize for the inconvenience. Our store prices everything as a cash and carry items. The only products we include delivery on are mattresses. This is very common for large product retailers. The delivery cost would have been $59 total for local delivery. So I'm not sure where you got the $80 each piece pricing. Sorry!
This place should be prosecuted, they should be made accountable for there sale's, why would anyone sell a product that they are not willing to stand behind, telling a customer it's their tough luck if they are not happy for their $5000.00 + purchase
I wanted to shop for new furniture so I came to prime brothers 2 days in a row.the first day walked in no one greeted me , so no problem I waited.after 30 minutes still no one.I walked out, came back the second day walked in again no hello how are you nothing.Five people walked in after me all were greeted how are you what brought you in today.I waited for almost 25 minutes, they still never said a word.needless to say I will no longer go to there store or recommend the store.I came because my parents said how great they wer... read more
