Very professional and courteous. Christine was super friendly and helpful when assisting by me with my rental. She answered all my questions and made the process smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!
Impressive move-in It took a while to find my reservation, but everyone at the front desk was gracious and patient. I was led to the storage unit to view it before signing the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend Prime for small or large storage needs.
Very nice customer service I was very nervous about taking my items to a storage place but once I got there the young lady made me very comfortable and everything went so smoothly I am glad I chose this facility.
Amazing service and great pricing Jadira helped us out and was super helpful into showing us unit sizes and knowing which unit would be best for us. It was a quick process from start to finish with no hassle. The location is nice and was crowded that day but still was easy to get unloaded and moved in. The place is also clean and doesnât feel dirty.
