Ease of reservation I needed a safe space to park my car long-term, and it just so happens they had one space left. Thankfully as I was driving from another part of the state, my passenger was able to locate this facility. After speaking with the onsite manager/agent, we were able to complete all of the information/documentation ahead of time, and was able to have everything lined up to make the storage easy to manage. Itâs ok Price is ok, seemed to be cheapest compared to other options. Included one month free which is nice. There was a lot of leaves around the property which it would have been nice if they were cleaned up. The roads are somewhat narrow so keep that in mind if you are trying to move things out from a uhaul or something. Also a lot of rust on the outside of the locks and such, but it is an outside facility so I suppose that is to be expected. Customer service was nice and it was easy to sign up and get into the unit.

Easy to reserve unit and easy access to facility. Had no trouble reserving a unit and moving in right away.
I was not given the free month of rent as advertised on sparefoot. Everything went fine other than not getting the free month of rent that the sparefoot website advertised. Not cool
