RecommendedVery pleasant service. The neck and scalp massage at the bowl was heavenly. I love the atmosphere and the Oribe products used. I have naturally curly hair and it could have been smoother but all in all a very nice experience.

I do not recommend this place for extensions! There is no treatment or care for your hair, which is extremely important for long term use of extensions! Waterfront placed 3 packs of hair, despite my concerns. 2 weeks in, I noticed several strands were only being held by extremely thin pieces of my natural hair, with 2 extensions falling out. I went to the Hayden road location to have adjustments performed. Very little time was spent. Sure enough, 2 weeks in, I had to return to have her reinstall several due to one extension ... read more

Be careful when making an appointment here, they keep your card info on file and will charge you $35.00 for a "no show" EVEN IF you cancel way before 24 hours....the staff are RUDE when it comes to refunds. And the customer is ALWAYS wrong..sorry.
