My mother, bridesmaids and I had our hair done here. The owner is the most unpleasant woman I've ever met. Just rude, short and scowling. My hair stayed all night, but I have thick curly hair. My mother and bridesmaids on the other hand have thin hair and fell before the wedding ever started and they charged $10 extra dollars to use the hot tools they recommend since their hair was so straight. Never going back

My first visit I was hooked. My hair is very long and kinky so it's hard to blowout and look good without taking half my day. As soon as I finished my first appointment with LO. I signed up for the 4 blowouts a month for 100. Which worked the first month but then I loved it so much I was going in more than 4x a month. Now I am a unlimited a month member. If your like me and hate washing and blow drying your hair I strongly recommend going in.

I was maid of honor in a wedding...myself, mother of the bride and the bride all got our hair done here. What a rip off!! Me and mother of the bride got blowouts with hot tools $60 and all of our curls fell out before we even made it down the aisle 2 hours later. The teased areas also went flat. Bride was the only one who's hair stayed mostly because it was a half updo. The people who work there are rude and not friendly at all. Terrible customer service and very rude. Tried to check out with hair products and nobody was knowledgable or helpful to do any transactions. No managers present to help. Will never go back.

Every time I visit Scottsdale I book an appointment..these ladies really know how to please! Have been here many times and only once was a little disappointed but you can always request your favorites! Their products are wonderful too!

That was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. This girl sucked at hair and sucked even worse at makeup. I didn't even let her finish the makeup. The whole thing was worse than horrible. Never ever going there again.

They do the job but you'll have inconsistent experiences and hit or miss staff. Manager was nice first time, rude the next. I was barely greeted while she stared at the computer screen. One time they offered something to drink, next time they didn't. They charge you if you cancel within 24 hours, which is hard for my ever-changing work schedule. And I love energetic music but it's way, way too loud and they had some nasty songs in rotation that would require me to cover my daughter's ears. They need more seating to wait in a... read more

Got my weaves flexed and blowouts all at once. I'm a happy camper as long as jimmy brings home chipotle. That is of course as long as it's not chipotle from the grayhawk location, because I'll be asleep before they finish wrapping the burrito (they're too slow) Anyhow. I love my blowouts ... Fantastic job girls, even though no one seems to like my weave.

I have very thick and curly hair. I usually get my hair blown out at blow dry bar. I came to this place on a recommendation from the spa across from them. Unfortunately I was very disappointed because I did not get what I paid for. My hair did not feel smooth and blown out. It was still frizzy and I could have done better by myself. I called the manager and explained what happened and how i was disappointed, not only did I receive an "I'm sorry" but he invited me to come back and give him another chance.
