I spent so much money here over the last couple months for hair trials for my wedding. My first trial was unsuccessful and then had to come in again to do another. The lady at the front desk was so rude, seeming to realize I was a first time customer. They were not accommodating and were not friendly. After two trials for my wedding hair I settled because I did not want to pay them anymore money for rude service and a poor hair style. Absolute best me time! Service is friendly, staff is so talented in making you look and feel your best! I am taken such good care of everytime I am here and have never loved my hair more than I do now! Primp and Blow hair extensions are my recommendation to anyone looking for a change to sexy, full, beautiful hair! Unlike others I have seen, these have no damaging glue, wax or heat, they are so low maintainance and last for up to 2 years! Highly recommended! this place!

Called to make an appointment for my friend and I. Lady at front desk was so extremely rude that I ended up canceling the ones I made. She knew I was a first time customer but apparently that meant nothing to her. Skimming other reviews this seems to be a common complaint so management really needs to do something about it. Due to her attitude were booking at another blow dry bar in the area.

DO NOT GO HERE! I booked here because the Dry Bar at Scottsdale Quarter was completely booked. There were so many appointments at this place, and now I know why. This was my FIRST experience getting my hair blown out. I am a teacher with HARDLY ANY MONEY, but wanted to spend a little extra on myself for my husband's Christmas party. Came in yesterday for a blow dry for a holiday party. I explained what I wanted and was treated to a great head massage while I was shampooed. There is an iPad provided that has magazines to read while you get your hair done. My hair ended up looking great and lasted all night. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and will be back again.

I was personally referred by Dream Catchers Corp after My Hair~Tastrophe!!! I booked over the phone and not only did the person set up my appt but was Very Knowledgeable and agreed to put me with The Lead Stylist/Manager at the time!!! Visiting the area I was so pleased to find this spot. Not only was my hair fantastic, I able to book an appointment online on the same day. I was treated upon arrival to delicious infused water, fresh coffee and chocolates. Cute, clean and efficient this spot even gives you a complimentary umbrella so you can preserve your doo on the way to your car.

Stephanie did a great job with the wash/scalp massage!!! Very impressed. I have curly thick long hair, and she did a great job styling it. The salon workers were all very kind, on time, and sure to make sure I loved my hair...which I did!

I enjoy getting blow outs especially at a discount with groupons. I have gone to many different places to get a blow out done and this location is by far the most disappointing. Each time I try it I'm reminded why it's not my favorite place. Staff- typically running late with no acknowledgement to the customer. Last time I sat for 30 minutes before someone started my shampoo. Then I sat with conditioner on for an extended time to wait for the stylist.
