The facility is clean, updated & calm. Everyone was friendly starting with registration. Wait time was minimal. The nurse who gave my injection was wonderful — no pain! Proper treatment provided.
The staffing did a really good job finding out the issue and giving what i need to do to get well
Overheard a conversation between 2 employees and it wasn't pleasant. I'll just go somewhere else.

Wait time was long. They xrayed my ankle and not my leg where the issue is. I can’t walk… I got nothing for my severe pain told me to take Aleve. I’ve had bruises and swelling before. This is very different . I do t feel confident in the way the X-rays were taken. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and when I left I knew as little as when I arrived. I don’t feel comfortable with their diagnosis and will probably reach out for a second opinion

The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Your website to complete the registration is extremely frustrating. Questions are asked regarding receiving email and voicemail, yet, when I say I’m fine with it and approve of receiving the messages, in order for me to submit my selection I have to check the box that I do NOT authorize it. I had a good experience the first time I went to Prisma Health Urgent Care in Anderson so I decided I would choose this again for a non-emergency medical issue. The check in process was good with no issues- front desk staff was friendly. The girl who called me back to get my vitals was either mad at having to work or knew me in a different life and hated me then and hates me know-I’m not sure which. No cars in the front parking lot yet we had to wait to be checked in. Once in a room you could hear the staff being loud at the desk laughing and carrying on. They finally came in to see me. The NP was abrupt and rushed. I wished I would have went somewhere else
0 stars would be better.. I came in for a few different reasons. Upon checking in I was told that they didn’t take my insurance which I was totally fine with I paid the $149 only to be told what was wrong with my without even touching my head, stomach, legs anything. Then checking my lungs and heart. I mentioned how I paid for a service an could have told these things in the front desk. To schedule an appointment with my doctors for a mammogram.. This is crazy. Check in was fine. The nurse was the great. The doctor was great. Here is the BAD part. I had blood work done on a Thursday and was told that I would receive a call with results. No call rec'd Friday so I called. No results. Monday, no call rec'd. I called. No results. Tuesday, no call rec'd. I called and finally made someone go to the back and get my results.
