Quick friendly in and out visit
Everyone was friendly and efficient. I appreciated their care and referral to a specialist.
My daughter is a medically complex pediatric patient with a history that makes obtaining an accurate urine culture particularly important. At the time of her visit, we were specifically advised that her urine specimen had been sent for culture and that the results should be available within approximately 24 hours. We were told that the culture would help determine whether the antibiotic she was started on was appropriate for the bacteria present. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for them to transfer me to another location because “they only had one provider”. I drive across town to the other location, all for the employees to say “I don’t know why they sent you here; we have 7 people ahead of you.” So then I drive back to the original location. I’ve never had a good experience with prisma urgent care! Last visit, I waited an hour and a half after getting called back. They told me “I was forgotten about”

I call before hand to make sure I could get an x ray. I was told I could. When I should up I was taken back within 10 minutes. Waited for about an hour and then ya nurse came in telling me g me the xray technician had left.

Very Professional staff. Thus location is always my first choice if I need urgent care.
Staff is wonderful and facility is very clean.
The nurse didn’t listen well to what I had to say. She forgot to add a prescription that we talked about during the visit to the discharge paperwork. I had to get the discharge paperwork redone to include the prescription that was forgotten.
